I ordered an 18k gold plated necklace with my initial. The necklace itself was quite nice, looked good on me, and the plating seemed decent for the price I paid. It took about three weeks to get to me in California, which felt a bit long for something personalized. Customer service was okay when I asked about tracking, they responded in a couple of days. The packaging was a bit basic, could be nicer for a gift. Overall, I'm satisfied with the product but the shipping could be faster.
